Poo Dat!

My parents went to New Orleans a few months ago and they bought this onesie for Makayla while they were there.  :)  I love it!  Too bad they didn't make it to the Super Bowl! :(

Makayla's First Snow

I got Kay all bundled up to see how she liked the snow... She still wasn't feeling that great, so she was a little cranky.  It probably wasn't the best idea, but I just love the snow and I wanted to see how she liked it so here are the results....

Not so happy!  Poor baby girl!  Maybe no more snow until she is bigger... LOL

Cousin Brayden

Makayla finally got to meet her cousin Brayden last week!  She was so excited! :)

Makayla ~ 8 Months

Our baby girl turned 8 months on January 5th!  I cannot believe it!  Time is flying by!!  She is doing an army crawl as I like to call it and rolling all over the place.  She has been pretty sick for the last week or so, so right now she just wants to cuddle with mommy and I can't say that I don't love that!  Hopefully she will get healthy and back to her happy self soon.  I hate seeing her sick!  She did go and see an ENT because she keeps getting ear infections.  No tubes yet, so hopefully we won't have to go there.  We will see.  We love our little girl so much!!



She has 3 teeth so far and 1 more about to pop through on the top :)

I just love her big brown eyes!

Christmas 2011

I know I'm way behind on blogging!!  Here are pictures from Christmas.

Makayla in her Christmas dress for Christmas Eve at the Borjas'.  Every year Nick's family has a big party at his parents house and they make tamales.  So good!! 

Christmas morning.  Makayla with her monkey that daddy picked out just for her.  Monkey makes her a little nervous since he is so big LOL.  I was so embarrassed when Nick picked this out for her at the Sam's.  Everyone was staring at us LOL.  I said "Really babe?  A monkey?". LOL

"Hi baby!"  She loved the picture of the baby on the box more than the toy :)
